Steve Schlecht is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, specializing in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, project management, and corporate planning. Before joining Buske in December 2023, Mr. Schlecht has proven expertise in go-to-market operations and sales strategies for CPG brands, drawing from his experience managing operations and sales execution for $300 million of inventory. Additionally, Mr. Schlecht founded a successful eCommerce company, bringing industry knowledge and demonstrating the ability to initiate and grow new verticals into profitable ventures.
