Chris Fairbairn

Chris Fairbairn, SVP Operations, brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial operations to Fourshore Buske’s executive team. Prior to joining, Chris was SVP of Operations for a direct-to-consumer distribution network at Primo Brands, overseeing one of North America's largest last-mile water delivery operations.

Before Primo Brands, Chris held senior leadership positions with BlueTriton Brands, Nestlé Waters North America, and PepsiCo, where he led large-scale operations, supply chain transformation, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer-focused growth strategies. His experience spans distribution, transportation, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, providing a unique perspective on driving operational excellence across the entire value chain.
