Prior to joining Buske, Ryan recently held senior leadership roles at forwarders Focus Logistics, Omni Logistics and AIT Worldwide where he directed complex freight operations, improved profitability through disciplined cost controls, and implemented systems and processes to enhance efficiency. Earlier in his career at Freight Exchange, Ryan built and scaled regional trucking operations focused on time-critical food and beverage distribution, growing revenue substantially while managing fleets, expanding driver teams, and ensuring high service levels. His hands-on experience with local fleet operations, routing, and driver management—combined with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service—positions him as a proven leader in transportation and logistics.S
